Good to know.
Can I see the design before anything is built?
Yes. We prepare photoreal 3D views of every space and item and refine them with you before fabrication begins. Three revisions are included free.
What does your design include?
3D renders of all spaces and items in the scope, the size of every item, colours and materials (including fabric codes and board specifications), and changes to the electrical layout if needed. Design is priced per square foot within set area ranges, depending on complexity and level of detail, and other details can be provided for an extra charge; see our guide to interior design costs in Sri Lanka for current guide prices.
Can I take your design to another builder?
Yes. The design gives you the details a builder needs (the size of every item, colours, materials and specifications), so you can compare build prices.
Is the design fee deducted if you also build and finish it?
Yes. The design fee is deducted if you choose to do the full job with us: design, fabrication and finishes.
Do you design single rooms, or only full homes?
Both. We take on full homes, apartments and offices, as well as single rooms.
Is the first site visit free?
Yes, anywhere in Colombo and suburbs, to understand your space before we quote. Outside Colombo and suburbs, we visit for a site-visit charge, paid in advance. If you go ahead with us building your furniture, the charge is credited to the fabrication cost (not to design fees).
